GET TO KNOW: Chuck Da Ruckus

It doesn't have to be a Thursday for us to get a little thuggish over here at Digital Dankness, so allow me to introduce you to Chuck Da Ruckus. Currently in his freshman year at Brown University, CDR is splitting his time writing rhymes and playing D1 football. Chuck Da Ruckus has been working hard over the past year, constantly writing, collaborating and exploring different sounds. His debut video for "Real Life" has some nice visuals, but more importantly the track was produced by Matty Trump, a name you might recognize from his work with Sammy Adams. Keep an eye for Chuck's debut EP, which he plans on dropping early 2013. For now, enjoy his video for "Real Life" and download it below.

GET TO KNOW: Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman

Huge new preview from up and coming Swedish duo Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman transforming EDX's "This is Your Life" into a house gem (as if it wasn't already). Great bigroom chords throughout complimented by the lovely vocals by Nadia Ali. These young Swedes have been successful as of late, be sure to also check out "Russia" and "Roll The Dice" as well as their glorious remix of Coldplay's "The Scientist" which you may recognize.

EDX & Nadia Ali - This Is Your Life (Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman Remix) [PINKSTAR] PREVIEW by Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman

Amazing gritty electro chords.

Here's a more anthemic-style track in "Roll the Dice"

This remix of Coldplay was the track that originally got Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman noticed back in December of 2011.

GET TO KNOW: Pierce Fulton

Get to know up-and-coming producer/songwriter Pierce Fulton who recently released his 3rd episode of his video blog. Pierce, who attends the University of Vermont when he's not busy doing shows around the world, is a young guy who experienced the rise to fame relatively quickly, but not by chance. Fulton is extremely talented musically, and is just getting started in the music business. Check out the first two episodes of his video series after the jump to really get to know this name which I guarantee you will hear about more in the future.

PS: I also threw in a video on Pierce in the studio where he uses his own burp sample to create a masterpiece
