Madeon - The City [BRAND NEW MUSIC VIDEO]

Young frenchmen Madeon just released the visuals to go along with his sick new track "The City", and what a great video it is. I love it when electronic artists stray from the same formula everyone uses for their music videos: the cliche festival clips and what not. Madeon, known for his unique producing style got real creative and put together a very interesting, enjoyable video to watch. I can't really say much more so definitely crank up the speakers and watch this...

GET TO KNOW: Madeon

Let's get one thing straight, 18 year old frenchie Madeon is the most promising young music talent in the world. It was one year ago that the young gun released a video (below) of him performing his live mashup "Pop Culture" sampling 39 different tracks. It was not long after the spread of this video that Madeon became a household name in the world of electronic dance music, and 12 months later, here we are. In his young life, he has released numerous HUGE tracks each demonstrating just how talented and creative this kid is. In the latest installment of Digital Dankness's GET TO KNOW series, we will take you through his young career to catch you up with a guy that has endless possibilities going forward...

Madeon who isn't old enough to enter pacha General Admission at just age 18 is going to play the well known venue July 28. Be sure to check this kid out!

The Night Out (Brosef Stalin Mega Edit) + Mat Zo Bootleg [FREE DOWNLOAD]

I recently discovered Brosef Stalin, a new talent in the game with less than 150 fans on his Facebook Page (for now) who recently released these two intriguing bootlegs. The first track is a compilation of 3 well-known remixes of Martin Solveig's "The Night Out" in which Mr. Stalin combines A-Trak, Madeon and Maison & Dragen's remixes into one nice bootleg. The second track which I thoroughly enjoyed is a mashup of Mat Zo's "Bipolar", the LEGENDARY R. Kelly's "Remix to Ignition" with an intro from Moguai's "Mpire". Both tracks are very creative combinations available for free! Although Brosef Stalin's soundcloud lacks the presence of original productions, his ingenuity leaves me curious for what will come next from this man.

Here's "The Night Out" (Brosef Stalin Mega Edit):

Madeon's MiniMix for Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1 [FREE DOWNLOAD]

This past Friday night, French house superstar Madeon made a 5 minute long guest mix for Annie Mac's radio show on BBC Radio 1. Most 5 minute-long mixes are comprised of about 15-20 songs mashed into this timeframe, but most people are NOT Madeon. The 18 year old producer comprised a mouth-watering, 93 song mashup that can not even be appropriately described in words. From his own singles like "Shuriken" , "Icarus", "Raise Your Weapon" and his newest track "Finale" to some of the best electronic songs out there, this mix is the real deal. Do yourself a favor and take 5 minutes out of your day to recognize what the kid Madeon is doing. Here is the tracklist, and this mix is available for free right here.
