Trance Tuesday - ANJUNABEATS EDITION!

This week's installment of TRANCE TUESDAY is jam-packed with the very best and latest from our favorite trance label, Anjunabeats, which is single-handedly re-defining the genre by using dirty electro sounds and heavy bass while still keeping the trancey melodies we know and love. The video above is a new release from Audien titled "Eventide" which follows the Anjuna formula and earned its spot atop this list of great tracks.

Next we have a familiar track in "On My Way to Heaven" by Anjunabeats' head honchos Above & Beyond, but this time we have the Tomas Heredia At Sunrise Mix which adds a great clubby beat behind the familiar Richard Bedford vocals.

Rising stars Norin & Rad continue their success in 2012 with the release of "Retrograde". The whole track is great, but to get a quick peek at the beauty, skip to 3:30 to hear the magnificent chord progression.

One of the lesser-known names on Anjuna, Nitrous Oxide released this 2 song EP that reminds us why we fell in love with trance in the first place. Have a listen to "Energize" and see what they're all about.

The Night Out (Brosef Stalin Mega Edit) + Mat Zo Bootleg [FREE DOWNLOAD]

I recently discovered Brosef Stalin, a new talent in the game with less than 150 fans on his Facebook Page (for now) who recently released these two intriguing bootlegs. The first track is a compilation of 3 well-known remixes of Martin Solveig's "The Night Out" in which Mr. Stalin combines A-Trak, Madeon and Maison & Dragen's remixes into one nice bootleg. The second track which I thoroughly enjoyed is a mashup of Mat Zo's "Bipolar", the LEGENDARY R. Kelly's "Remix to Ignition" with an intro from Moguai's "Mpire". Both tracks are very creative combinations available for free! Although Brosef Stalin's soundcloud lacks the presence of original productions, his ingenuity leaves me curious for what will come next from this man.

Mat Zo Performs Would-Be EDC Set (FREE DOWNLOAD)

Due to traffic in Vegas over EDC weekend, rising star Mat Zo was unable to make it to the stage in time for his set at Above & Beyond's Group Therapy stage. Although many (including myself) were devastated by this turn of events, the man was kind enough to play what would have been his set at his next show, which happened to be at Pulse in St. Louis. This kid is going to be huge, and he's doing it in an unorthdox fashion. How unorthodox? Well, for starters the first song in his set features the one and only Nate Dogg. Arty - Open Space

The amount of young talent out there in the world of ED(ope)M is straight up unbelievable, and leading the way for all these young guns is 22 year old Artem Stolyarov, better known as Arty. The aspect of Arty's music that has sky rocketed him into the spotlight these past few years is his ability to blur the lines between the many distinct genres in electronic music. Though he came up in the trance game, guys like Arty and his buddy Mat Zo have shown they can seamlessly integrate any type of electronic, house and many other sounds into their masterpeices. Without further adieu, here is his most recent release on Anjunabeats called "Open Space"
