Audien, 19 year old Producer from right here in the United States, has been gaining a ton of attention for his original trance and progressive productions like "Eventide" and "Unity", both released on the famous Anjunabeats label. One of my favorite duos out there right now, Norin & Rad have just released their two latest progressive tracks "DeVas" and "Five Finger Death Punch" and let me tell you, both these singles are masterpieces. The American duo have been having a huge year, with some helpful support from their buddies/mentors Above & Beyond, but it is all well-deserved. Have a listen to both of these beauties below, and if you feel so inclined you can pick up your own copy on Beatport as of today.

This past Friday brought us the latest installment of Above & Beyond's "Trance Around the World". Episode 441 features a guestmix by American Trance kings, Tritonal. Trance Tuesday!

Trance Tuesday returns once again, and as always packed with the latest and greatest from the trance world. Above is the imagery from Global Gathering this past weekend in Poland, where Armin Van Buuren hosted his signature "A State Of Trance" Stage. For all the sets from ASOTGG, as it was called, click here. 


First up is a track that is currently topping the Beatport trance charts, W&W have had huge success in the past few weeks and this track "Moscow" is no exception with its bold yet melodic synth chords. Definitely be sure to check it out if you haven't already.


Next is a track I featured on last week's Trance Tuesday, but here is the high quality version of "Unity" by Audien, a tune that Above & Beyond has been playing in their "Trance Around the World" show for the past few weeks. Seriously, this track is extremely well-made from this young producer, and I'm kind of pissed I can't find a free download of it for you guys, and also just for my personal use. Anyways, you can enjoy as much as you want right here:

Up next is great track with a big room sound. Maor Levi's remix of "Mes Que Un Club" by M.I.K.E. starts with a nice melodic section and builds to a huge drop at 1:30. Maybe a bit more housey than trance, nonetheless have a listen and be sure to grab it when it comes out August 4th on High Contrast Recordings.

Lastly is a track that has been on the Beatport trance charts for a while from Argentinian duo Heatbeat. This track "Extra Bacon" packs heavy bass with great layers of synth beauty. The faint vocals compliment what is already a banger. Turn up your speakers, and end off Trance Tuesday with a bang with this heater. Download it for free right here!

Trance Tuesday!

Now that we're starting to get a hang of this whole blog thing, Digital Dankness is looking forward to adding several daily features, and lucky for you today is TRANCE TUESDAY.

 First up we have a huge track by Ost & Meyer that has been widely supported throughout the trance community, most notably Above & Beyond. Amazing track, really gets good around the 25 second mark. Here's Antalya:

Eric Prydz, a name you may recognize from his classic track "Call On Me", has been in the game for a while, and knows what he's doing. His recent EP "Pryda" was hugely successful, and definitely ventures more into the realm of trance than his "Call On Me" days. Before the EP's release earlier this year, he released this beautiful, 8 minute melodic track entitled "Melo". Do yourself a favor and turn this up and listen through to learn how the pros do it. Even better, you can download it free here

Next up, a track that was officially released yesterday on Beatport, but has already been loved by many including the legendary Armin Van Buuren on ASOT 560. Heatbeat goes hard on "Chow Mein":

Also off of A State of Trance 560 is Rafael Frost's latest hit "Channel 4". The track starts off kind of hard, then the melody pulls you in around 3:00. Give it a listen and download it free here.



Last but definitely not least for this week's Trance Tuesday is an edit of Denzal Park's banger Amarok. The track builds up softly until the 1-minute mark where Park comes in with some nice hard synths, just when it seems like it's too good to be true, at around 2:20 the real melody begins its smooth ascension. Below we have an edit by Felix Leiter who chops it up nicely near the end, but otherwise this version is almost the same as the original, except this one is free. Check it out!

On My Way To Heaven (Lenno Remix) - Above & Beyond [PREVIEW]

To cheer everyone up from the sad Swedish House Mafia news, here is a preview of the latest remix from 17 year-old French phenom Lenno who took a crack at Above & Beyond's single "On My Way to Heaven". As per usual, Lenno takes an already great song and adds his french house, funky flare and it sounds great. It is set to release July 9th on Anjunabeats.

The amount of young talent out there in the world of ED(ope)M is straight up unbelievable, and leading the way for all these young guns is 22 year old Artem Stolyarov, better known as Arty. The aspect of Arty's music that has sky rocketed him into the spotlight these past few years is his ability to blur the lines between the many distinct genres in electronic music. Though he came up in the trance game, guys like Arty and his buddy Mat Zo have shown they can seamlessly integrate any type of electronic, house and many other sounds into their masterpeices.
